I'm not sure what they're called, but they're basically little cones you can put over the baby's penis during the diaper change.

To me, this seems like a money-grab item. Change the diaper fast and cover up with the fresh one as soon as the old one comes off.

...has anyone used the cones?

We tried these when my boys were little. I would say it works until it doesn't. If your baby moves at all it will fall off.

Yeah, that's what I'd think. How well did they stay on if the kid peed? I think it'd be a lot easier just to cover with a washcloth, right?

I be concerned if boys intact it make the urine go under the foreskin and be irritating. I also think good strong pee push right off LOl

I agree with jsave, and I always just wrapped a baby-sized washcloth over it during diaper changes and it worked fine.

Urine in the foreskin is a social - not health - matter. DON'T attempt to force the foreskin back for cleaning. It is injurious to do so. The AAP says "Clean only what is seen." The global average age at which an intact boy first sees his glans is 10.4 years.
