vegetarian, good iron and fiber source.....yumm. i made em in the toaster oven!<br><br>
1. rinse a can o chickpeas, drain<br>
2. spread on a metal pan<br>
3. toss w/olive oil<br>
4. season how you want: salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, indian spice, etc etc<br>
5. toast 350 degrees for about 45 minutes, til crisp and golden brown.<br><br>
