I feel I ought to answer because nobody else has, though I don't know.... But if you're really worried about it, can you plug it in and then go out? Or stay with a friend or relative for a day or so?
My parents had something like that in the garden for moles. I would guess that the baby is well protected by your magnetic field so it should be OK. You could try switching it on when you have time to pay attention and then just see how it feels. I know during pregnancy I'm particularly sensitive to that kind of thing....
