Our 16-month old likes to play with our cell phones, or with anything that looks like a phone. She'll walk around with the phone to her ear, saying, "Hello, hello". But twice now, when she's been nursing, she's held the phone up to one of my breasts, as if the breast itself had a phone call.

i wasn't able to BF, so i pump and bottlefeed. i was thinking today while i was playing with my 5 month old and her dolly, how sad i'm going to be when she gets old enough to imitate Mommy feeding the baby and she will probably pretend to feed her dolly with a bottle (instead of putting the dolly under her shirt, like i've seen other little girls do.) *sigh*. sorry, off-topic, but your post made me think of this for some reason.
