My babe is 3.5 weeks old, and I still want to eat gritty, salty, dirt! (I don't do it, mind you, and I just imagine that it would be gritty and salty...) This began about two weeks before I gave birth, and then it abated after I gave birth, and now it is back with a vengeance. What nutrient am I missing? I take Rainbow Light Prenatal Ones, Rainbow Light Food-based Calcium, and some purified fish oil a couple of times a week for Omega 3s. The last two days, I have chewed up my Rainbow Light vitamins for the taste. Now that is crazy!
