dd 33 months, doesnt want to walk barely ever when we go outside for a walk or to the store or at the park from play gym to play gym, she does run around the house outside but as soon as we star walking down the street she wants up, dh was in a car accident not to long ago, and has a hard time carrying her for long, and my arms get tired and if i use a sling my neck KILLS.
when we put her down because our backs and arms could no longer take it she will squat and scream and cry, even in the house she wants to be carried all the time, I didn't mind when she was younger and didnt weigh as much but now it just hurts!! and I also have an 18 month old so my arms and back are always hurting

DD wont go in a stroller, just in arms preferably daddy's (she's a little daddy's girl )

Have you tried an Ergo or mei tai? I can go much longer carrying DD on my back in the Ergo than in my ring sling.

i've never tried those, dd usually wants in daddy's arms and i know dh wouldn't wear one (he's got some major social anxiety issues, and doesnt like to draw attention to himself). but maybe i will take a look at the sling threads for a better one for myself, cuz the ring kills me.

She's almost three - I think giving her a choice between the stroller or walking is perfectly reasonable.
