a pomchi crossed with a yorkie maybe??

I def see yorkie in the color and coat, pom in the face and expression as well as undercoat and body frame and possibly some chihuahua in the face, coat texture, expression, and nose.

Oh, and I love your kitty. I want to pet him

No idea, but he is adorable! He reminds me of Benji, only a teacup version.

(Anyone else old enough to remember Benji?
)
Love Oscar, too. And what a beautiful family you have, mama!

I can tell he's little, but about how many pounds would you say? Age? I was thinking bigger than chihuahua or yorkie. I was going maybe for something like a Sheltie or bigger (than yorkie) terrier crossed with a Shih Tzu. I really have no idea, but he's adorable. Soft coat?

We estimate he is about 7lbs right now, and about 4-6 months of age since he is loosing some teeth. We *think* he has been fixed, so probably has had his shots. We have only gotten him one so far, but need to go back and see what else he would need.

His coat is not soft, except for around his ears. I have wondered if a raw diet would help this and his itching!?!?

Thanks for the comments...we certainly adore him!

I'm not good with guessing, but I had to comment that I think you have cornered the market on cute pets.

Not soft coat as in wiry? If so, then maybe a wire-haired terrier in there. Really cute as the dickens!

Thanks, everyone!! We're just head over heels about our animals, too.

This morning, when my oldest (who is the reason we have a dog...therapy for her) came downstairs, Colby just went nuts wanting to go to greet her. I told her how nice it is to have someone that is ALWAYS so happy to see ya, no matter what!

Oscar is just a plain ole' grump! Occasionally, he'll allow us to play with him, and see his playful side. But, mostly it's just give me my food and a little pat on the head, and I'll be on my way.

This is what I thought, too. Benji was a border terrier, I think. The colors are similar, does he have a wiry coat?

ETA: Wait, does the fact that I remember Benji make me old??
