Hey! My son (3.5) has an interest in Japanese language (I lived in Japan as a child and have a lot of Japanese things and media, and my husband watches anime with us, etc... so my son has been exposed to a bit of the culture since birth). We have been doing Rosetta Stone with him and it is going great!

I have been making little posters for him for his room, showcasing the words and phrases that we are going over. We do this for the each letter of the English alphabet, too... I print off pictures and letters and such and let him glue them to a piece of cardboard, and then we go over it again and again.. he loves it!

Two of the current words are for little boy and little girl (the male and female terms for "kid" or "child" in Japanese). I would love to have pictures of little boys and girls to print off for him...

Would you all help me by e-mailing us pictures of kids? Faces, kids doing things (on slides, sitting at a table, playing together, etc)... Just some good pictures of your young kids. It is ONLY BEING USED for his posters and to help teach language... no public viewing, no websites, etc; just his bedroom wall!

Also, we are doing "dog" and "cat". Pictures of the family's dogs and cats would be wonderful!

My son has his own e-mail address... you can mail the photos there (instead of posting them here): [email protected]

Thank you so much!!!!

Yep - we google image all sorts of stuff... but we are getting stuck on young boy and young girl. I was thinking pictures of other kids his age-ish and older would be wonderful. Ball was easy and fun with the google image, as was horse and airplane.
