My husband loves to make pizza and I'd like to give him a good whole wheat crust recipe to use. Any suggestions?

I make pizza at least 1x a week

preheat oven to 400
1 c white flour & .5 c WW flour (or 1.5 c of either combo - can play with these two amounts, this is just the ratio we found that we like)
1 pkg quick rising dry yeast (MUST BE QUICK RISING)
1 t sugar or 1 T honey (or a combo)
.5 t salt
mix those.
pour in .5 c very warm water & 1 T olive oil
mix till you have a ball
knead on lightly floured surface till smooth & elastic
cover with towel for 10 minutes

sauce
1 can tom paste
1 can tom sauce
.5 t sugar
1 T olive oil
I use 1 t of a pizza seasoning I have but you can mix in salt pepper, oregeno, garlic, etc.
put in a jar b/c this works for about 3-4 pizzas

roll your dough out onto a stone if you have one, if not use a pan with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
cover with sauce, cheese & any veggies

bake for about 15 minutes - till cheese bubbles.

1 cup warm water
2 tsp. yeast
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 TB oil
2-3 C flour (all whole wheat, part WW, all white, or whatever your preference)

Dissolve yeast in water. Add sugar, salt, and oil. I usually just throw it all in the bowl together, and stir until it's all dissolved. Add flour, and mix until it sticks together enough to get it out of the bowl easily. Knead dough until it's soft and satiny, but still a tad on the sticky side. Don't overknead. Place dough back into bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled.

Bake for about 10 min. in a 425F oven before topping. Top, and bake until the cheese is bubbly.

Makes one nice sized pizza crust. Enough for me to cover my rectangle pampered chef stone, with enough left over for a few breadsticks. I usually double or triple the recipe, bake all the crusts, use what we need, and freeze the rest.
This is the recipe I use and I like it very much.

I also use the recipe in Vegetarian Mother's cookbook . . . that one is good also.

Dont know if I can post the recipe or not

Just make the dough, pat into crusts put on toppings, bake at 400 for 10 mintues. and thats all. no rising of the dough
Pizzas done before a store bought would be cooked
