Anyone have a recipe that will work for pizza dough? I don't know that I'm ready yet for sourdough, btw. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/shy.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="innocent"><br><br>
Thanks! <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/orngbiggrin.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="orange big grin">

I have one, but I appologize as I can't figure out where I got it online. If you're interested in it, pm me and I'll send it to you. I'm not comfortable posting it b/c I don't know the source...

Do you have NT? We use the yogurt dough (with half the butter) for pizza dough and we love it. But seems like some people really do not like it here.

The yogurt dough is certainly one option. We tried it and it wasn't really all that bad. I don't think we cooked it enough before putting on the topings. I think pre-cooking it at least some is probably one of the keys to making it work.<br><br>
The yogurt dough was actually reminiscent for me of some of the Chicago style pizza crusts I've had in the past.

Yes, I try to cook it half way before adding toppings. Definitely helps.
