Plain canvas bags?

I'm looking for a source for plain canvas bags that can be decorated. The type of bag you can use for grocery shopping. Machine washable and sturdy. I'm finding a lot of sites but so far they are more expensive than I thought. I found one site that had them for 99 cents and now I'm wondering if there's a reason those ones are so cheap

I was hoping for something like $3 or $4 a bag. Definitely no more than $5. Anyone have anything for me?
