I really need a strong support nursing bra. I don't even care about the price at this point, please help me find one! I've got a couple of really heavy boobs to lift <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/redface.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Embarrassment">

I like the LLL nursing sports bra. It holds them nice and tight where they belong but has material between them so that they aren't one big boob.

I don't have a specific brand to recommend, but there are two websites I've found helpful when shopping for nursing bras online.<br><br>
herroom.com - they have very detailed photos of each bra and helpful customer reviews.<br><br>
breakoutbras.com - the owner has great fitting comments listed with the bras so you know if it runs a little big/small, etc.<br><br>
Both sites have a decent selection of nursing bras for a range of sizes.

I've heard really great things about <a href="http://www.bravadodesigns.com/product.asp?ID=4&area=US" target="_blank">the Supreme Nursing Bra by Bravado</a>. Personally, that was too pricey for me, but I've loved my <a href="http://www.bravadodesigns.com/product.asp?ID=3&area=US" target="_blank">Double Plus Original Nursing Bra</a>, also from Bravado. I'm a DD cup and it's been very supportive, user-friendly (one-handed access) and, most importantly, COMFORTABLE. I've alternated two of them over the past two years with great success.<br><br>

I second the Bravado bras. I was all boob while nursing my ds (seriously, I was up to a J cup at one point!!!!), and bravado were the most comfortable, but more importantly, also very supportive. I also tried a Goddess bra, but the clips kept breaking and I kept having to return them.<br><br>
A website I used most often when ordereing was <a href="http://www.mommygear.com" target="_blank">www.mommygear.com</a>. The site offers all kinds of nursing bras, Bravado, LLL, Goddess, etc. I had questions about bra fit/sizing w/ a different brand, and those women are VERY knowledgable! <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/smile.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="smile">

I used the original goddess bra. I never had a problem with the clips breaking. I found it extremely supportive- it doesn't stretch out or move as the day goes on- I think the microfiber ones lose support. It's important to get fitted properly- I was way bigger than I ever thought I would be- a double G I think it was.

I love my underwire Anita nursing bras. I think I ordered from breakoutbras.com. The bravados just gave me a complete uni-boob. And they got a little stretched out. The anitas actually hold me in and make me look a little smaller on top- I don't mind. I'm a 34E. HTH

Has anyone tried any of the bras that the Mothering maternity store carries? I think from what I saw they were mostly under/around $30. I have a bra store near me that would be good for a fitting but I know from past experience that some lines are cut smaller or larger, or fuller, or slimmer, than other... Plus, the bra store prices are a *bit* more.

I also love my Anita underwire. It was very pricey at $75, but there are not many that make a bra in my size 32 H. It does make me look smaller and really holds them in.

I have!!! I was in desperate need of new nursing bras so that's where I headed (Motherhood). The salesperson fit me and I wasn't even wearing the right size. Okay, well actualy, the Maternity place I went to was called Destination maternity, and it's 3-in-1, so it carries Pea in the Pod, Motherhood, and Mimi. I bought 2 pea in the pod bras and I love them. They are very supportive and do not have underwire, and they were either 30 or 40 each I can't quite remember. I bought one Motherhood bra with underwire, I don't like it as much (I really prefer no underwire). I also bought 2 new sleeping bras and I LOVE them. They look sort of like a sports bra, but they criss cross in front, and just pull each side over to nurse, no snaps or clips. It's so easy and convienent. I hate my bravado sleeping bras, btw. Anyway, hth!

I second the Anita bra. I bought my from at Nordstroms so I didn't even have to wait for it to come in the mail. I love, love, love it!

I just got a Bravado Original (in "leopard print!") this past Saturday but haven't tried wearing it yet. The only complaint I have so far is that it smushes my girls in. I don't hide their size and the Bravado makes them a little compact. But, I got this bra to wear for the last few weeks of my pregnancy, during labor so any pictures we show would be "showable" <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/lol.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="lol"> and for the first few weeks until my milk comes in and my supply evens out. Hopefully, it'll hold up.

I'm a G cup and I LOVE LOVE Freya Rosalie nursing bras. They're from the UK though, so I have to order them online. The whole cup drops down (without the funky half bra thing). They are very supportive. I love them. They're about $60. You can kind them for about $30 on ebay.
