I have been a bad, bad kefir mommy....
I got some grains from someone 2 months ago and plopped them into a quart of raw milk and put them in the refrigerator..... Then left them there until today
. They were quite small when I got them, and now I am having trouble finding them in all the little chunks of separated soured milk. What do I do? How do I find them? How can I tell what is a chunk of milk and what is a grain? It doesn't help that I am inexperienced with them! Water grains were so much easier to see!
I've heard they can be revived after this long, but I have to find them first! I'm committed now too since I've had my hands swishing around in there
