I've got a 10-pack of boneless center cut pork chops and a family-size George Foreman grill. I haven't put them in any kind of marinade or seasoned them at all. What would you do to them before grilling them?

I marinate mine in this simple marinade for about 20 min, doesn't need longer than that to sit and it makes them really nice and moist.
You can make additional marinade if you need it, this one usually is good for about 6 pork chops

Basic Marinade:

* 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
* 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
* 2 cloves garlic, chopped
* 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
* 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme leaves, a few sprigs
* 1 tablespoon chopped parsley leaves, half a palm full

I like to use a mixture of melted butter, brown sugar,and spicy brown mustard. I pour it over the meat and then sprinkle fresh rosemary all over. It is so tasty! I make extra sauce for using when the meat is done to dip it in. Quick,easy, and tasty!

Boneless center cuts can go dry easily, so I tend to cook them any way that will keep moisture in them. Usually, for me, that means braising in apple juice.
