I use the Baby Mild one for baby wash/shampoo or even shampoo for me.
Right now I am using the peppermint one for shampoo. I just squirt some in my hand and lather it up in my hair and then rinse. When I use up this bottle I want to try another scent.
I make foaming hand soap by filling a foaming soap pump up with water all th way except an inch or two and then fill that space with Dr. B's soap and then shake it well.
