Well our house is up for sale, we had two people go through today and we sat in the car at the end of the street waiting for them to go through so we would know when we could go home.
the first people arrived went through, while they were outside discussing whatever, the second group of people showed up and went through and left, the first people had another couple show up and they went through again. They were there a total of an hour and 20 minutes!!
Our agent called us and said the second people's agent called him and said they were very interested and to let him know if there are going to be any offers on the house today.
So we are really hoping that one of them will come through with an offer. Nothing yet though
So then no one has said anything yet? Hmm... We're going to look at a house we might buy Tues. I'm going tomorrow to pre-qualify just in case but we drove past the house today and someone was there looking. I'm very worried they might try to get the house. Maybe I still have a chance then.
I hope someone comes through with an offer for you soon. If we get qualified tomorrow and like what we see Tues we will be making our offer within a day or two. Maybe they will call very soon!
We just bought a house (we're closing in 2 weeks! yay!) and we didn't put in an offer immediately. We saw the house once, then went back for another showing with a handyman friend, spent some time researching the neighborhood and schools and driving by the house at different times of day, got all of our ducks in a row as far as finances and finally put in the offer about 3 weeks after we first saw it. Hopefully the folks who saw your house loved it but need to do more research or get their finances squared away and you'll get a call any day!

totally agree with this... we didn't put an offer down on our house until about a week and a half later. Especially in this market, buyer's may not be in such a rush.
We're about to make an offer on a house we want to buy. I'm calling our lender this morning to discuss it. (Already preapproved, but going to check on the offer 1st) We actually saw the house about a month ago. We've been by it several times but just went to have it shown to us last night. We're going to make our offer today if everything checks w/ the lender. Maybe you'll hear something soon. We loved the look of the house we're trying to get but needed to know more about the property 1st. Hope you get some good news soon!
well from what our realtor has told us, the people that went thru for over an hour are not interested
: the other people emailed our realtor and told him they were unhappy with their own realtor and want to have him as their realtor, she loves the house and he is bringing her thru it again on Saturday,
Oh yeah! I'm so excited for you. Tomorrow we'll put in a counteroffer on the house we're looking at and I'm pretty sure the seller is going to accept. Yeah!
