Plugged duct? Sore breast - help? | Mothering Forum

I've never had experience w/ a plugged duct but I think that's the problem I have. How much work is it to clear? How long? Tell me what you know.

Massage the plugged duct, nursing as much as possible, and using a heating pad all help.
