Plus size dress FSOT (New)

I bought a gorgeous dress, it is a light blue backround, with a dark blue floral print through it. It is sleeveless, and has a short sleeve 'jacket' in navy blue with white trim to go over it.

I washed this, and went to wear it this morning to church, and realized it didn't fit. Soo, it has never been worn.

I paid 25.00 for it, and will take 10.00 or trade

This is supposed to be a size 24W, but it is tagged wrong, it fits a 20-22W
