Ok, odd question here. I went to the chiro for xrays to decide on a treatment plan. We discovered that my large intenstine is TOTALLY not where it's supposed to be and that there's fecal matter all the way up to the beginning of it.

The chiro told me to add fiber to my diet even though I already eat fiber. Here's the thing; I'm not constipated. I've always been very regular and I've prided myself on the fact that I have normal, regular, poops. This is very weird to be typing, btw.
I'm not sure how adding more fiber would help me. Is this something I should do something about? If so, what?
I'm not in pain or anything. Maybe it's just a really weird side effect of getting so large in pregnancy?

Maybe it is due to the pregnancy. I don't think I would do anything different if everything is regular. But what do I know......

I'm already taking probiotics and I'm not sure about keifer. It's kind of like milk/yogurt, right? I loathe milk and drinking yogurt.

Are you pregnant now or just had a baby? If so, when? If you're still pregnant, I thought you weren't supposed to get x-rays?... Not really what you're asking about...

Neither. I had triplets 8 months ago. We think by me getting SO large (I carried them for almost 37 weeks) that I displaced my intenstines.
