Honestly, I don't worry about posole & chiocs (another traditional corn product from new mexico). If your worried, I'd just email a few different places and ask them. Its just probably not something they've been asked about before (or only once or twice) and thus not really on their 'radar'.
Posole
A friend shared a recipe for a yummy Mexican pork and hominy (posole) soup and I'd like to try to use NT ingredients. The recipe calls for canned hominy, but I've heard that most of the corn sold in the US is GMO. I looked in the HFS and searched the net for non-GMO posole and found nothing. Isn't there such a thing?
