TMI: well, while checking for CM, I came across small white specks and wonder if this may be a yeast infection. no other symptoms.

wondering should I try garlic, vit C, probiotics etc first? anyone cure it sucessfully with these> or does it require urgent medication? how long can I try these natural alternatives before it becomes "serious" - till I get other symptoms like itch / burn , etc or if it remains for more than x months ...

any ideas?

Could be. But usually the first thing you notice is itching and burning.
Pau d'Arco is very effective for eliminating yeast.

just a quick update, I did nothing except take extra Vitamin C for a few days.

havent paid attention to it since and no problems either.

I always use probiotics with GREAT sucess! And there's no down side! Take them orally & Apply topically to affected area(s)
