With dd1 and ds my bleeding lasted a month. Of course it started off heavy the first few days but by the time I got home it was light till I stopped bleeding. This time around it's very different. I basically stopped bleeding about 6 days postpartum. Then maybe once a day I spot, usually at night. And when I say spot it's hardly anything. Shouldn't I be bleeding more? Not that I want to but I wanna make sure nothing is wrong. I feel fantastic though! Just hours after giving birth I felt like my pre pregnancy self. I could run a marathon, really. So anyone else have something similar?

Yep. What you're describing is what I usually have PP, more when I'm super active. I usually stop bleeding altogether 2-3 weeks PP.

Yep. I'm 4 days out and it's tapering off. It gets bad again if I overdo it though, which is easy to do since I feel great. I've been good about taking it easy this time though!

Sounds exactly like me too. A couple times I've stopped bleeding for an entire day and night and I think I am done. Then it pops up again.

Wow so maybe my postpartum bleeding with the last two were the weird ones... Or maybe just like pregnancies it varies each time. What's weird is my OB told me that with large babies (dd2 was almost 9 1/2 pounds) that my bleeding will probably be heavier.... Well not so much. Ha ha!
