Try taking extra magnesium. Say - 2-3 capsules/supplements per day, what you get at the drugstore. If this doesn't help, take up to 4 or 5. You can't OD on magnesium really, and it helps all the tissues and "poop problems" to heal. Not to get too personal, but are you straining? My MW said that any pressure or abdominal work or straining at any time of day will increase bleeding (and not to do it!).
