Not nutritional, I know! :LOL But a while back we bought it in bulk on sale, just for frosting and treat-foods. But since that is really so seldom, it is not getting used up. We are moving soon, and I don't want to move with it.

Here's my question: Can it be used as regular sugar in recipes? Because isn't it just white sugar that's been processed a bit more or something?

yes it can be, at least for most purposes. It's just been ground up finer and has a little cornstarch added for smoothness. So I wouldn't put it in your coffee (the cornstarch might make that a little weird) but for cooking, baking etc it should be fine.
