This question branches from my topic over in "I'm Pregnant" about <a href="http://mothering.com/discussions/showthread.php?p=2364107&posted=1#post2364107" target="_blank">postpartum mama pads</a>. In my quest to get suggestions for prefers brands, a mama said that she read in Peggy O'Mara's <i>Having a Baby Naturally</i> that it was better to NOT use cloth for postpartum, but no reason was given. Does anyone here have an idea why not? <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/headscratch.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="headscratch">

You know, this is the second time in a week that someone's posted about a statement made by Peggy O'Mara that required clarification. I've seen Peggy post on the boards before...but where is she now?! <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/img/vbsmilies/smilies/bag.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Bag">:?
