SAGE AND CEDAR TO MAKE A SMUDGE $9.00 PPD I bought these at a Native American festival and I have finally came to the conclusion that I am not going to use them, they are just taking up space. Smudging is the burning of sacred herbs in tribal smudging ceremonies for clearing, prayer, & purification. Not just used by Native Americans, smudge is used by peoples all over the world, though they might use a different name for it.
