Predicting next year's size

I want to buy Ivan's clothes now for next summer while they are on sale. I did this last year for this year's clothes and it worked out great. It was easy to predict the 1 pound and 1 inch growth for each month.

I am not sure what the growth rate is for ages 1 to 2. Can anybody let me know the average?

i will buy the next size up or larger....they can always grow into clothes

i am assumong he is in 12 mo size?

next year i assume he would wear a 2t or 24 mo size

for summer, things can be a tad on the small size. So I would buy a size to two sizes up. For winter, you have to try to predict a bit more. It ok to be big during winter.
