Two pregnancies in subsequent years have done a number on my abdominals ... as I'm getting later and later in this pregnancy even just picking up my tiny little not-yet-twenty-pounds son feels like a workout. I'm just wondering if anyone who has ever felt especially weak around the mid-section during pregnancy found anything good to help support them or otherwise alleviate the problem? Or if I'm just going to have to wait it out.

Have you tried one of those belly support bands? I would think with the extra support your muscles would have less ability to "move" & you'd be able to feel more, well, supported when you lift.
