I'll start!

How far along are you? 34 1/2 weeks (one of the last September mamas.... EDD the 27th)!

How much weight have you gained so far? If this isn't your first, is this more or less than previous pregnancies? I have gained about 40 lbs so far. But I still have the biggest 5 or so weeks to go! With Ayla I gained about 63, but she was a big baby and I lost all the weight within about 2 months (except 2 cause of my big breasts!

)! So I don't feel badly about it.

Have you gotten a linea negra? If this isn't your first, did you get one in previous pregnancies? I haven't gotten one this time, but had one last time!

What symptoms are bothering you the most right now? I am having some mad hip and tailbone pain, and my sciatic nerve is being compressed which can be quite debilitating at times. It's okay when I'm at home and can relax, but when I'm in the grocery store and limping around leaning on the cart, people look at me like I'm crazy! Also, the BH contractions that push the baby down onto my bladder and the swift cervical punches aren't so pleasant either!

What symptoms do you enjoy the most? I love to have a big, round belly. The way I am carrying this time is a lot different than with Ayla. This time I have nothing but a humungous watermelon on my front (well it's sort of down between my legs at this point too!), and I think it's cute. I love to see my profile in store windows etc. Also, this isn't really a "symptom", but I am loving my daughter interacting with the belly ("my sister")! I love talking to her about the birth, and having her kiss and snuggle my belly.

What are some of you fears as the time approaches? My only real fear is that I will have a much bigger baby than last time. Ayla was only about 9lbs, but I can tell and feel that this one will be much larger. I am worried because I had a lot of trouble pushing Ayla out. I mean, it's not a true fear because I know it will be fine and babe will be born. I just don't want another 3rd degree tear! My other fear is that Ayla will get scared at the birth and be unable to watch her sister be born, but I don't think that will happen!

What are you most excited about as the time approaches? I am excited to have another wonderful birth! I can't wait until the day I start feeling contractions and can start baking a cake, filling up the birth tub, telling Ayla that her sister will be born today! I can't wait to see my beautiful baby, and kiss her sweet little body and wrap her in a newborn diaper and kimono and stay in bed all day!

What symptoms do you enjoy the most?my breasts because I always considered myself lacking in that area, I wouldn't consider this a symptom but I love when I feel my lil man move around because it lets me know everything is going fine. Although it hurts sometimes I can manage.

What are some of you fears as the time approaches? Am I going to have a big baby, epidural,emergency c-section, constractions

What are you most excited about as the time approaches? becoming a mom, meeting my lil man, being able to look at my feet again, pre-maternity clothes

What symptoms are bothering you the most right now? - Achey back, on and off contractions, and loose stools. Plus the morning sickness which still hasn't stopped!

What symptoms do you enjoy the most? - Probably the baby moving - it's so neat!

What are some of you fears as the time approaches? - Mostly fears of the hospital {I hate those places}, and fears that something will go wrong because of my back problems.

What are you most excited about as the time approaches? - seeing my little grl for the first time!

What symptoms are bothering you the most right now? hips, lower back, pubic bone and all throughtout there

What symptoms do you enjoy the most? shes really starting to pop through with legible (ok you know what i mean) parts and i can almost grab them but its kinda fun poking her and seeing reactions....she a real person with feelings and not just a lump!!

What are some of you fears as the time approaches? that i will go over my due date alot. ds was 11 days over according to conception date.....and we did natural induction....i don't/can't (physically and mentally) handle that much overage this time around.

What are you most excited about as the time approaches? that my family will be growing.....that i will have a sweet new baby to enjoy without having to worry about whats going to happen to "us". laboring with my dh and his reactions to this baby.

As much as it can cause me pain, I do love feeling her moving round, and I love tickling her little butt when it sticks out! And I love how satisfied I get after cleaning..!

That I won't be able to find or get hold of anyone when I go into labour... And I'll have to give birth without anyone there (Well other than my MW)

How much weight have you gained so far? If this isn't your first, is this more or less than previous pregnancies? I have gained 33 pounds this time and I am totally excited about it. With DD I gained 45 and it took alot of work for me to loose the weight. I think I have one of those bodies that like to hold onto fat while BFing, instead of losing it!

Have you gotten a linea negra? If this isn't your first, did you get one in previous pregnancies? I did last time, not this time...kinda wierd I think

What symptoms are bothering you the most right now? My right hip wont stay where it is supposed to be and keeps floating about 2 inches higher than my left causing all the muscles to be stretched out and a constant nagging pain wrapping all the way around my leg to my butt. I am also getting really pissed about getting up every 1 1/2 hours to pee during the night. I can't wait for the baby to get here so I can get some sleep.

What symptoms do you enjoy the most? I am enjoying my BH contractions alot right now because it makes me feel like my uterus is working really hard and labor is really close...

What are some of you fears as the time approaches? The #1 freak out, actually the only thing bothering me really, is that the MW's won't get here before the baby does. I am not the UC type

What symptoms are bothering you the most right now?Hips, Insomnia, lack of the ability to chase the older two (they've had more TV lately so I feel like a bad momma)

What are some of you fears as the time approaches?My recoccuring fear is that I'm not in good enough shape to birth at home... it is silly since I started in MUCH better shape than I've been in for this one and I gave birth to the other two with no drugs in a hospital... this home birth stuff should be a breeze right?!?!

What are you most excited about as the time approaches? Learning what the new personality is. The other two were so different personality wise even at 2 hours old. It is so neat seeing them be little individuals at such an early stage.

What symptoms are bothering you the most right now? That I can't tolerate the heat at all and I feel as though Ive wasted my summer. Heartburn *everytime* I eat grains. That I dont fit any of my maternity stuff anymore and dont want to buy new stuff for only 5-ish more weeks. That I absoluty cannot sit in any comforable position. As soon as I bend my torso, I get a butt pressing into my ribs and feet poking straight out of my side. I do a lot of standing/walking and bouncing on an excercize ball, but cant sit in a chair or on the couch!

What symptoms do you enjoy the most? I love actually looking pregnant this time, I have a huge full round belly! I was as large at 30 weeks this time as I was full term with my dd (41.5 weeks) and NO STRETCHMARKS this time around! Yet anyways...

What are some of you fears as the time approaches? Im afriad that dd will miss the birth because it is IMPOSSIBLE to wake her from sleep, the times we have accomplished it, it results in massive looong temper tantrums which I cant deal with in labor. Also fearing taking on the staircase after the birth

What are you most excited about as the time approaches? Meeting my baby, finding out who this quiet gentle little person is, the birth, the newborn smell and the tiny sounds they make.

What symptoms are bothering you the most right now? Insomnia, totally. I had it last pregnancy, but this time I've got a toddler waking me up every morning.

What symptoms do you enjoy the most?Feeling her squirm around.

What are some of you fears as the time approaches?Currently, it is that this cold I have is going to turn into another sinus infection just as I go into labor. I've been so sick this pregnancy and I'm concerned it'll affect my ability to get through the birth.

What are you most excited about as the time approaches? Meeting my little girl, and watching DD's reaction to her.

I actually lost a few pounds a few weeks back & now I am having a hard time gaining & eating too.

29 lbs at my appointment last Wednesday. I dunno what I was at the same point last pregnancy, but my max was 44 lbs, & I really don't think I'm gonna pack on 15 in 4 weeks.

Yes. And yes. I was just talking w/DH about this yesterday...it sorta seems like I had DD when my linea ***** got up to the top of my uterus. But I don't really remember & he didn't have any idea either.

What symptoms are bothering you the most right now?

Difficulty sleeping. But even that isn't a big deal. Oh, and my fingertips itch something awful when I first wake up in the mornings, but I'm not sure if that's pregnancy related or not.

What symptoms do you enjoy the most?

Wiggly belly!

Handling two kiddos at once. And the logistics of postpartum stuff (birth certificate, health care, etc) after a homebirth with a lay midwife in a state where direct entry midwifery isn't legal.

Right now, not much.

I do enjoy that I really really look pregnant and most people are super nice to me!

That dh will be out of town when I go in to labor. That the baby will come so quickly no-one will be able to get here in time and I'll have baby on my own in the bathtub while ds and dd freak out.

well, I guess its losing control of myself during labor, but then I know at some point I'll feel that way and it won't last....I've come to a place in the past week where my fears seem to be resolving themselves. As soon as I start to think about what I'm afraid of a calmness comes with some sort of an answer that eases my fears, I am so thankful because a few weeks ago I was having a much harder time

What are you most excited about as the time approaches?
Our baby!!!! Being able to labor with my DH and kids. Connecting with the part of myself that trust the birthing process and flowing through our beautiful birth
