Has anyone gone through a pregnancy while having an endometrial polyp?

I had an early u/s yesterday because before conceiving I had 2 months of 30 day heavy bleeding. It was in the process of getting that diagnosed when I found out we were expecting.

I had a m/c in Jan, so I'm concerned.

Just wondering if anybody's dealt with this? The OB said some women go through pg fine, other have miscarriages...
