I really want to stay motivated this pregnancy and keep up with my long distance runs. I need motivation! Please share your encouraging stories mamas, about running long distances, feeling good, not getting lazy. I don't need to cut back do I, unless it doesn't feel good? On good weeks I would normally run 10-18 miles. It's getting colder so I don't think I'll be up for that much, especially with daylight savings but I do belong to the gym and have a treadmill at home too. Give me a boost please!!
