I want to pass along some info about a Birthing From Within mini-class on Saturday Dec 2, from 10 a.m. to noon. The cost is only $15 and includes a BFW Keepsake Journal.
This mini-class is open to a max of 6 couples (or mamas by themselves, either way!), and is part of a demonstration within a weekend workshop for birth professionals. Expectant parents will learn a pain-coping practice, engage in lively discussion, and experience a process which helps them mobilize resources and face the unknowns of birth.
It is in the Hillcrest neighborhood, pretty close to the zoo.
