Please tell me if any of you other pregnant moms or first time mom-to-be's feel the same way.
Lately things are hard. My 2 year old is testing me, my husband lost his job and we are making due on his modest unemployeement checks, he is loafing around, kinda working, kinda sitting, and I am just spent by 6:00PM.
So after Lily is nursed to sleep (did I mention pregnant breasts and nursing...a bit more than tender) I retreat to the room that was suppose to be my daughter's room (she happily co-sleeps with us) and go to the box in the corner with my little stash in it. I take out a prefold or soemthing little and just hold it and kinda "diaper meditate" for a few minutes.
I think of the new baby and how such a small peice of cloth is so valuable and how the world can be spinning at a million miles per minute, but Lily is asleep, dh is "working on something" and I am just alone with a diaper
Pregnancy hormones must be making me nuts!!!!! That is my little sanity saver in the evening.
Thanks for listening!
