Yep.
1st pregnancy, singleton, contractions, pressure, early cervical changes, but made it to term (scheduled section at 39w for breech).
2nd pregnancy, twins, contractions, tons of pressure, lots of early cervical changes (1.5cm dilated/80% effaced with baby A at 0+ station at 28w0d), complete bedrest, delivered at 33w, spontaneous labor immediately following p-prom.
3rd pregnancy, singleton, delivered at 39w0d, lots of contractions but no pressure (possibly due to short cord); no early cervical changes (early = prior to 30-something weeks).
4th pregnancy, singleton, 38w0d, no early cervical changes, pressure but few contractions until around 31 weeks or so.
5th pregnancy, singleton, 26w and counting - no problems yet - knock on wood!!!
In my case, I tend to have a slightly weak-ish cervix and the biggest problem is when I have a combination of contractions and lots of pressure simultaneously. Not that my singleton pregnancies haven't had their scary moments, but it's been nothing compared to the twin pregnancy.
Good luck!
