Hello!
Has anyone found a prenatal that they really like? I have been using Vita Natal by Eclectic Institute. I like them because they have more nutrients than others and they suggest taking them spaced out which I believe is the best way to go since vits leave the body quickly. I think it's better to take them spaced out rather than totally dosing them all at once. That said, I don't like them because of that exact reason - recommended to take two tablets 3 times a day. Since I'm nauseous a lot of the time, it's hard to stomach them or I just plain forget to take them in the middle of the day. I'm also taking a DHA for pregnancy.
Any other suggested ones?

I take Rainbow light Just one. I took the 6 a day spread out with #1 and, although I feel silly saying this, it was just too much. I just want to take one prenatal a day...and this seemed like the best of them to me.

I also take rainbow light and love them! With my first I took the 6/day and continued with those for a while after my DS's birth. I found I was forgetting some of them pretty often, so switched to the 1/day. Since I'm still nursing I continued taking the prenatal and just stayed on the 1/day now.
(vitacost.com has them at a great price)

I need to get the Rainbow Light ones again, I had them before and loved them. I can barely stomach the chewable flinstones right now So I pretty much don't take any. I know thats so bad! This paycheck I vow to get the Rainbow ones!!

I use New Chapter Multi for Two and it's one pill 3x/day which I usually manage to remember (if I have some in my purse all the time) and I really like them- even if I don't eat much they don't upset my stomach, I can have them with toast or yogurt and not worry.

Anyone taking a dha / efa supplement that they like? If so, which one? The one I'm taking tends to 'repeat' on me, not too tasty! And has anyone heard of taking vit K for morning sickness?

I am taking krill oil from Dr. Mercola and it's great as far as having no after burps.

I am going to try another brand of krill when this is out though since I'd rather not order from the US since I'm in Canada.

I'm not taking prenatal vitamins this time around. Just eating healthy, nutritionally dense foods and fermented cod liver oil.

I take these as well. I really like them. I tend to take them all at once right before bed, because they sometimes do make me nauseous. I also have troubles taking pills so 3 is the max I can handle a day.
