I had preterm labor on Weds. and it was stopped with meds. Came back last night and again stopped with drugs. Both times the cx were 3 mins. apart for 1-2 hours until it was stopped. I'm on bedrest now.

This morning I noticed my breasts are very tender and full, leaking more than usual, and the colostrum has turned from clearish to yellow. I'm wondering if my body thinks I had the baby or something?? Of couse I'm avoiding any nipple stim. at all to prevent labor from coming back. I'm just afraid that if my milk is trying to come in now, will it dry up? Or will it come back when baby is born (hopefully full-term!).

I had a friend whose milk came in due to the drugs given to stop her pre term labor. She used cabbage leaves to help with the engorgement. Her milk came back in when her son was born.

Thanks Nancy! At least I know I'm not crazy! lol! I had severe OSS with dd so it doesn't suprise me that I have milk trying to come in then. Glad to know it will probably be there when we really need it.
