I appreciate this a lot. My feet are the same way and it is nearly impossible to find shoes that fit. Just about all the women in my family have feet like this, which apparently is something genetics says we inherited from my Powhatan and Cherokee side. Neat-o!

I have a bit of native Brazilian blood and I wonder if there are any similarities (my feet a very wide by the way - no high heels for me... )

I have very wide feet and freaky high arches. Even wide shoes rub against my big toe bones enough that I get bone spurs and arthritis. Youch!
