Pretty Potties??

The little boy potty learning thread got me thinking....

Where did you get a nice looking, easy to clean little potty chair?

Plastic is okay if it isn't ugly....wooden is great, if it's easy to clean and not too big.

We have a bathroom with literally enough room for ONE person to stand....no where to put the potty in there. On the other hand, there is no door on this bathroom
: so the potty can sit right outside of the doorway.

What do you recommend?

The Baby Bjorn potties are fairly compact and very easy to clean.

I
our Baby Bjorn Potty Chair. It's simple, clean looking, easy to clean, very stable and PVC free...what more could I ask for! And dd
it too

I bought it at a local store in my area but Amazon has it here too:

Have you considered skipping the potty chair and getting a stepstool and a seat that fits on the big potty? My dd got a royal potty for Christmas. It's cute and plays a song whenever she does anything in it. But when she sits her nakey hiney onn it, shr squirms a lot ans seems to prefer the cushy ring my mom has on her big potty with the step stool. I'm not sure if it's more comfortable or if she feels like a big person on it, but she definitely likes it better and I may havet o get one for our house. That said the potty chiar is convenient because she can sit on it while I go. We can move it to the living room to get to it faster and when we go camping we don't have to hike to the campground potties. Even for a mommy break.

I LOVE our Baby Bjorn Little Potty!

DS really likes to use it, and DD (who is 4) does sometimes too.
Takes up very little space and is super easy to clean. I'd definitely recommend it

Also, it's inexpensive and comes in different colors
(More than just the blue and red it shows in the link).

if you have no room in your bathroom, i HIGHLY recommend a stepstool & potty ring. there are tons available (the baby bjorn ones are nice looking).

If i had it to do over again, i'd get this. How do i have potty envy?

We have a step stool and a seat that fits onto the larger toilet. My 16 month old loves it and so do I because the bathroom we have it in is really tiny. Also, I know my nephews had a hard time switching over to the regular potty and I'm glad we'll be able to avoid that!
Target has a cute one-piece potty for about $6. They come in three different colors with animals on the front. I have one in the car for when we can't find a potty. They are very similar to the BB little potty.

magic cabin has a really neat one: wood with a magazine rack and TP holder. lol!

Dang it! Now I've got potty envy too! And it's supposed to be available at Target as of today!!! Oh well. I already brought that Royal Potty from Target. My DD likes to play with it, but she hasn't used it for a potty yet. And I'm not sure she's ever going to, as she really does think it's a cute toy chair. She dumps stuff in it and pulls the pot out. I'm scared to see what she will do with it if she ever does put any waste into it. She'll probably be putting her toys in it or dumping the urine out. Yikes.

Well, Jett's only 15 months old. We're not attempting potty learning yet, but we EC and he's definitely very aware. I'm looking for something he can sit on while I'm on the toilet....so a toilet seat insert and stool won't work for now.

We have two BBLPs (baby bjorn little potties) that we've been ECing with, but he seems to hate them with a passion.
He howls if you try to sit him on it....(no pressure type stuff)

WE love this potty! We had a bb little potty and dd liked that so i wanted more but i didnt want to shell out that much $$
I got one form each grandparents house and one for the car. One piece and dd likes the colors and animals
We have the "training rewards" seat by Graco, and so far I've really liked it and DD has, too. It's a floor potty that you can make into a toilet seat and step-stool, and I like that versatility. The splash guard is soft rubber, and removable, both things I wanted since we have two girls who don't need it, but who knows if we'll have boys later? I don't think it's unattractive, and it certainly fit my buget, but I have to say after seeping some of the other links, I have potty envy, now, too.

Serendipity
The little potty in the car works well (well I've seen it for other people, we're not there yet) even after training. You can line it with a plastic bag for travel. My friend has her five- and three-year olds use it that way.

The best price on the wood seat potty I have seen is from babybecause.com. It's similar to or identical to the magic cabin one but cheaper (and free shipping, and they're much faster than MC).
My son is loving this http://www.tinkletoonz.com/one.
I see it sold for cheaper then what the manufactuer sells it for on both US and Canadian websites though.
He is really motivated by the musical reward. It is also a lot easier to clean then the classic Fisher Price one we have as well and which he lost interest in after a while.
