Preventing newborn from getting sick(er)
My exclusively breastfed newborn looks to be starting a cold. Her nose is getting a little stuffed up. Everyone in the house has been sick to some extent over the last three weeks so it's not that surprising.
Anything I can do to prevent it from escalating? Would increasing my Vit C intake do anything?
