Sounds like Roseola.?
Prickly rash on cheeks
DD has had this for about a week now. She's also had a little congestion/cough. Anybody know what the rash is? It's just on the apples of her cheeks - - both about the size of a dime w/small red pinprick-like red spots.

It does, but Roseola causes high fever and rash on other parts of body too.
