The children at the school in Amor, 130 kilometres (80 miles) northwest of Lisbon, were not allowed to go to the bathroom or have lunch while locked up in their classroom, the newspaper said Tuesday.

Can you even believe that the guy 'declined to apologize'?

I hope he realises that not apologizing is often a mistake while he is tarred and feathered by angry moms.

I am not sure what I would do if my child was involved in such a situation but words like "sleeper hold" and "noogies until he cries" comes to mind.
