We're looking at sending dd1 to a preschool, but their forms require you to give actual dates of vaxes. It even states you must put dates, as stating "up to date" is not enough.

NowI don't know if they receive funding from the government, or if that even matters, but can they require kids be vaxed in order to attend? They haven't yet,but we're checking it out tomorrow, and I want to know my rights beforehand.

Thanks!

The Supreme Court of Canada ruled that noone can be forced to take any substance that can be potentially harmful and that vaccines have the potential to be harmful.

Legally, they cannot ask you for vaccine records.

we received that form when we signed our son up for preschool. When I went in and asked about it she just shrugged and said the health dept requires it for licencing but we just needed to sign the sheet so they could contact us if there was an outbreak of a VPD. We did not have to produce a vax card.
