I would really appreciate suggestions from any mamas in the know.

We are travelling abroad in 3 weeks and I would like to take a probiotic that does not need refrigeration but is still a good one.

I am really concerned since my younger ds (4yrs old) has many allergies and also I am concerned that any of us could get stomache upset just from eating different foods and eating out etc;
So, I have used culturelle before but someone recomended natren and I was wondering if it was better and which natren?
also I have heard that there is one thats really good for use if we get" travel tummy troubles" I think it's called vsl 3 or something.
I was looking for a thread/discussion about probiotics but didn't find one ...if there is one I would be happy if someone could post the link.

TIA
