I just got the result of my progesterone test and it was 24 at 6 dpo (CD20).

I understand it means good ovulation and I am not taking any medication . Nurse said it is a good number seeing how early it was in the cycle (6 dpo) and this may be the month.

I'm trying not to get my hopes up, but is this a good sign I'm pregnant? Has anyone had a level like this and went on to get BFP or just an ovulatory cycle with a high level of progesterone? TIA

it's not really a good sign that you are pregnant...

but it's a good sign that you have a really good chance at getting (or more accurately having gotten) pregnant this month... compared to a month where your progesterone may be below like... 10
