Anyone have a favorite recipe they'd share? I make great granola bars

These are the result of my experimenting for almost a year with dozens of recipes to make yummy heathy brownies that our whole family can eat.

Andrea's Brownies
These brownies are high in calcium, protein and are (using substitutions) VEGAN and GLUTEN FREE!!!!

-1/4 cup carob
-2 T butter or ghee (or walnut, coconut or flax oil)
-1/2 cup hemp oil (or walnut or coconut, 1/2 of each is really good)

-3 large eggs (or 1/2 cup ground flax soaked in 1/2 c hot water + add 2 tsp baking powder to the flour mixture)
-1/2 cup molasses + 1/4 cup honey, maple syrup, ground dates, or other sweetener
-1/8 cup tahini or almond butter
-2 t vanilla
-1/2 t salt

-1/2 cup oat flour (run your oatmeal through a processor until powdery)
-3/4 cup ground mixed nuts and seeds of your choice (almond, walnut, sunflower, pecan, peanut, pumpkin seed, cashew, hemp hearts, coconut, brazil, whatever, etc, etc, etc)

Preheat to 325 F
Grease 8 X 8 pan
Melt first 3 ingredients and whisk well over low heat. Set aside.
Whisk together next 5 ingredients for about 15 seconds.
Whisk together with carob mixture until smooth, then stir in flour/nut mixture (last 2 ingredients)
Pour into pan, bake 25-35 minutes or better yet, do toothpick test in the middle (times will vary depending on ingredients used)
Cool on wire rack (at least 2 hours) and cut into squares/bars.

THESE ARE FABULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!

Im sure you could add 2 teaspoons or so of spirulina/kelp without affecting the taste for added vitamins, and you could also add 1/4 cup powdered milk, whey or soy protein to the flour mixture.
Experiment adding and removing ingredients, these are hard to mess up!!!!
