Protein rut

Hi Mama's

I am pregnant right now and vegetarian. I am at a loss to quick on the go protein snacks I can have. I make tofu cubes every few days and those are good but what else can I quickly grab when I am hungry?

string cheese
peanut butter and crackers
Luna Bar
trail mix
soy nuts
high protein muffins (home made)
Protien powder in homemade smoothies are great to up your levels of protien and other vitamins
almonds
sunflower seeds
pumpkin seeds
sprouted bread plain or with nut or seed butter on top
cottage cheese
yogurt
