Hi,
We've been cleaning up leaves etc in our yard...have several bags...we do not have composting capabilities yet (trying to figure out rat issue)...I'd rather compost than just throw this stuff away. Is there any place in the area we can bring these bags of leaves, weeds, sticks etc? to be composted?

I see you're in Baltimore, so I don't know for sure. But Howard County actually has curbside pick-up of yard waste for composting, or you can take it to the landfill and drop it off. Maybe Baltimore has something similar?

I was going to say the same thing - Carroll County also has it, but you have to drop it off. No charge, you just dump it and they compost it
