I am looking for something that can pull on and off for DD. She isn't consistently potty training so it needs the absorbency of a diaper, but she does like to use the bathrooms while we are out and about so that's why i want something I can pull on/off. Any suggestions? We currently use prefitteds with snappies or front snapping fitteds and neither one pulls on/off easily.

The EC Store has a bunch of different types of training pants. http://www.theecstore.com/. I bought a pair of the Bedtimes Training Pants for my ds. They have a waterproof PUL outer layer and smooth hemp jersey layers inside. They even have elastic bands inside to tuck more layers if you need them. DS wets a lot at night but we have never had a leak. They seem to run fairly small, though. I bought a large (30-40lbs.) for my 33lb. ds but they hardly fit him.

I like using Ecobaby Absorbitalls or ME Sandys because you can pull them right off like underwear. I use ME AF covers with them and he can pull them up and down fairly easily.
