My friend posed quite the question, and I have no idea what to tell her. I know with alcohol you don't need to pump and dump because it metabolizes in your milk the way it does in your blood. You only pump to keep up supply. I also know about avoiding foods that babies don't like. But would this metabolize (or whatever) the same way? What should I tell her?<br><br><div style="margin:20px;margin-top:5px;">

<table border="0" cellpadding="6" cellspacing="0" width="99%"><tr><td class="alt2" style="border:1px inset;">Jonathan doesn't like Domino's pizza. It is my favorite. If I have it for dinner, how long should I pump and dump or should I just skip it all together? I realllly want it.</td>
</tr></table></div>
