OK, I've got a cold coming on too...

I usually pump 1-2x per day for my freezer stash. Should I continue this while I'm sick? I know the milk is ok to give her now (since she's probably already been exposed to the cold virus), but should I freeze the extra for later, or do I need to pump and dump so I don't give her cold-virus infested milk at some later date? Or does it matter, since she should get antibodies from this cold from me while I've fought it off?

This morning I pumped but got less than usual. The baby seemed to get enough milk though. I think I want to keep pumping, at least minimally, so I don't loose my pumping supply. It's hard though, because I'm so tired that I really don't want to.

I'm pushing fluids and nursing the babe as suggested in the other thread though.

Fine to feed now, fine to freeze. There's no cold virus in the milk, but there may be antibodies to the virus. Those may not survive the freezer, though. Just we sure to wash your hands extra well before handling the milk.
